Reading Your Knitting & Fixing Your Mistakes: 1 session // 2 hours

Overview:
This hands-on workshop is focused on building your trouble-shooting skillset. Together we will break down the way that knit fabric is constructed so that students will begin to read their knitting and diagnose their own mistakes. Then we’ll practice a variety of methods to fix some of the most common
problems knitters run into. Students should be ready to dive in! Please bring a 4x4 inch stockinette swatch knit from a light color worsted weight yarn that you are willing to cut. The swatch should still be live on size US 8 needles.

Students are welcome to bring a project that has stalled and Hadley will you in applying what you’ve just learned after the formal workshop is complete

Please bring or purchase at the shop:
- Worsted weight yarn of another color
- Fingering weight yarn
- Spare US 6, US 7 and US 8 needles
- A darning needle, and a small crochet hook or fix-it tool
