Class: Knit a Christmas Stocking

Learn how to make a stocking in this three session class. We will be using Ewe Ewe Yarns, Stuff It Stocking pattern to knit a colorful stocking using  traditional parts of a sock pattern. Great for learning the basics of socks as well. We think you should have experience knitting in the round before taking this class. Making Pom Poms will not be part of the class.

• Traditional heel
• changing colors without cutting the yarn
• double pointed needles
• making a folded cuff
• knitting I-cord
• finishing the toe, Kitchener stitch
• Measurements: 6” high x 24” long

• 90 yards of Ewe Ewe Wooly Worsted yarn in 3 colors
• Needles: US 8, 12" or 16" circulars, US 8 dpns
• tapestry needle, stitch marker
• Pattern will be provided in class.
