Basic Doodle Hat: Intro to Colorwork Class

Skill level: adventurous beginner and beyond (students should be comfortable knitting, purling, reading patterns, and working in the round)

In order to maximize class time, students are expected to knit the ribbing of the hat at home and come ready to begin the colorwork. 

Topics taught in class: stranded colorwork, reading a chart, basic hat construction

• DK weight wool yarn in 2 or more colors with contrast
• 150, 200 (250, 300) yards
