    Curl up by a roaring fire and wrap yourself in the Woodside Fair Isle festive blanket knit with The Croft Aran, spun in Yorkshire from 100% Shetland Islands wool by West Yorkshire Spinners.

    Located 100 miles off the northeastern coast of Scotland, the Shetland Islands boast a chilly climate and a lot of sheep whose diet consists of salt-misted grass, heather and the occasional seaweed.  For generations, Shetland sheep have been noted for their very soft and well-crimped fleece, while at the same time being strong and durable.

    • 100% Shetland Islands wool

    • 166m (182yds) per 100g hank

    • 18 sts & 24 rows on 5mm/US size 8 needle

    • Machine wash at 30°. Do not spin. Do not tumble dry. Reshape while damp.
