Kelbourne Woolens Germantown DK is an 100% North American wool yarn born from a happy accident! After a mix-up at the mill one day, Kelbourne Woolens’ Germantown yarn was spun with three plies instead of four required for a worsted weight. Germantown DK was the result, a slightly finer, DK version of the classic Kelbourne Woolens Germantown line. Its smooth twist and crisp stitch definition make this a favorite for colorwork in sweaters, hats, and other accessories.
