Learn to Cable: Olivia Beanie Class

Join us for a fun skill-builder workshop as we get going on a chunky braided cable hat. This project is perfect for your fall wardrobe, or getting ahead on that holiday gift stash. This class is ideal for our customers who are comfortable knitting, purling, and working in the round, and are ready to jump into a new. skill. Cables look impressive but are very simple!

In order to maximize class time, please cast on and knit your ribbing in advance so that we can begin working the cable together in class.
Skill level: adventurous beginner and beyond
Topics taught in class: cables, reading a simple chart

Materials needed but not included in class fee: 

• 200 yds DK weight wool yarn 
• US 6 and US7, 16" circular needles 
• stitch markers, several
• cable needle,
• highlighter tape or another method for marking chart placement

We ask that you purchase materials for the class from our shop. You will receive a 10% discount on your materials for class as well as on purchases made the day of class.

For refund of class fees, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation before the date of the class.
