Berroco Vera is a DK weight blend of organic cotton and viscose made from the aloe vera plant. The cotton gives it breathability and structure, and the aloe vera viscose adds a drapiness and helps the fabric feel smooth and cool, with a natural moisture-wicking quality you notice in warm weather.
We love this yarn for warm weather tops. We made a version of the free Bliss Tank by Two Little Plums using Vera, and it’s been a favorite shop sample this summer. The Marbella by Alison Green is a gorgeous top or coverup using Vera you may have seen in orange as a shop sample.
